Major Elizabeth Kiver, is coming to the city of Krasnov. Krasnovsky district has long lost a strong hand: the operas are lazy and cynical, the duty officer sleeps on duty, and the detection statistics are flying into the abyss. But Elizabeth Kiver is a charismatic, strong—willed, but vulnerable woman who never gives up and knows how to hold a punch, even if the whole world is against her. From the very first days, Lisa understands that her subordinates are a special category of people: opera Colban, who is in eternal conflict with sobriety, Maxim is a cunning man and a lover of "earning extra money" in any way, and Vanya is a romantic dog driver without a dog. Together they become a source of endless catastrophes, ridiculous situations and poignant moments, but gradually it is this motley team that begins to become a family.
